Hello. No! It is a great TV, but recently the picture has a horizontal line across the top about 1/4" high. It's a bunch of (seemingly 1px tall) lines, spanning across the whole monitor. I even tried a different monitor and had the same result. It is a 17" old CRT monitor (the old big boxy kinds) is the monitor bad (four years old)? So it's obviously the screen (knew it).
